History
The Body Lab was born out of Eli's love for all things athletic. In his 20s, he started having issues with his knees, ankles, hips, and lower back. As he went through PT, he became fascinated with learning how to distribute stress through the body to achieve healthier results in the gym. His passion for functional movement grew until he finally decided to become a trainer. Since then, he's been helping people achieve the results they're looking for.

Built on the science behind skill and strength training, Eli's method focuses on teaching his members the right form, first and foremost, and then motivating them to build on that form to grow stronger, faster, and more agile with every session. With an extensive education and background in sport science, functional movement, and conditioning methods, Eli's got what it takes to help you lay a strong foundation, learn the right movements, and avoid injury.
