Benjamin Holmes, MD, is a cardiologist and electrophysiologist with special interests in complex ablation of atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, cardiac devices, and lead management (including extractions). Dr. Holmes earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He also completed fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and clinical cardiac electrophysiology, both at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Holmes is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine. He is also board eligible in clinical cardiac electrophysiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
