Shocking. Tenants removed our tree edgers to build themselves a nice firepit in the middle of the backyard.

So smart. Glossy paint on flat painted walls, with a hole that wasn't even properly fixed.

We have PAID for pressure washing. Someone got paid but didn't do the work. And a grill was too close to the house and warped our siding.

Every air vent and smoke detector had black dust bunnies dangling from them.

Rusted nails, melted glass and aluminum in and around the ground by the illegal firepit.
