About A3 A3 Communications was founded in 1990 in Columbia, South Carolina, and from offices in Columbia, Charleston, Greenville and Charlotte, provides information technology and communications services to clients in the Carolinas and Georgia. Joseph Thomas, our President, with a University of South Carolina Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, started in the communications industry 19 years ago, and has successfully expanded A3 into a substantial business operation. Our Vice President of Sales is Brian Thomas who, after a successful track record of enterprise sales in Atlanta, joined the A3 team in 2005. Our goal is to increase the profitability and productivity our customers through the use of innovative technology. We provide unified communications (VoIP), surveillance and access control, managed services, server/desktop virtualization and storage, network and wireless solutions. In 2001, our fiber and cabling was formed to provide total infrastructure services. Through strategic parterships with Cisco, HP, VMware, Dell and Mitel, the company has the ability to provide end-to-end solutions using the most cost-effective and reliable technology, ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their investment. Having an established track record in the implementation of IT solutions, along with a keen understanding of the associated infrastructure requirements, provides A3 Communications a leadership position in the marketplace.
