The Valley Falls Mill is a historic textile mill complex located on Broad Street in Central Falls, Rhode Island. Built in 1849, the complex includes a large Italianate brick four-story building, a dam across the Blackstone River, and remnants of the original canal system that provided water power to the mill.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, the Valley Falls Mill features outbuildings such as a gatehouse, a stuccoed office building now used as a retail establishment, and a brick bathhouse dating back to around 1870. Despite the destruction of a second mill building by fire, the main mill building was repurposed as housing in the late 1970s, maintaining the historical significance of the site.
