The Village Green is a gem of a park sandwiched between the Museum of Primitive Art and Culture and the Neighborhood Guild. It serves several purposes — as a playground, field, and place of quiet rest and enjoyment. There are two tennis courts on the northern end of the park that can be reserved, as well as an extensive playground and swings. A collection of dozens of trees spans the park, from Weeping Willows to European Beech and Norway Maples. The trees are mapped out on an information board near the parking lot.
