We have a mission to educate, motivate and make fitness FUN! OUR goal is to help you reach YOUR fitness goals! Many of our members have not only reached their fitness goals but have helped raise thousands of dollars since 2010 by participating in our annual Dance-A-Thons and by representing the studio as a team in the Southern New England American Heart Association Walk. We are a local small business with members that are not only getting themselves fit & healthy but we also take pride in paying it forward!
Specialties
Our certified dedicated staff strive to motivate, educate and make fitness FUN! There are no heavy handed sales pitches here or long term contracts. We treat you with respect and listen to your fitness objectives and we'll work to get you there. Classes are scheduled at different times throughout the day for your convenience. Our 17 classes each week range from Zumba ( a Latin and international rhythms inspired workout which is more like a party than a workout!!), Hip Hop class, Cardio Mix, Sculpt & Tone, Stretch & Tone(inspired by Yoga & Pilates), Step Interval,and more! We have plenty of parking, a huge state of the art suspended wooden floor that is flexible and easy on the joints, air conditioning and personal training is also available.
