Built in 1707, the Old Narragansett Church (formerly the original St. Paul's Episcopal Church) is the oldest surviving building in Wickford. Originally built off of Shermantown Road, the church was moved to its current location and has seen the baptism of Gilbert Stuart. Though the church is no longer operating (except for special events through St. Paul's), it is open to visitors in July and August as well as varoius times throughout the year. For more information, please contact St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
