Newport Mental Health is the first federally designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Rhode Island. We provide a full range of outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services. The CCBHC sets, and we meet, a higher level of mental health and substance use disorder services for adults and children.
