History
We started out training children and adults in both martial arts and boxing. We excelled in both disciplines. We then switched to teaching boxing exclusively, and have been highly successful in developing some of New England's top Professional and Amateur fighters. We concentrate on proper fundamentals and technique. Our boxing classes are second to none. They are non-contact workouts that consist of stretching, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, speed, and double end bag instruction. We also work on your movement, stance, strength, valence, and conditioning of your body.
Specialties
We teach boxing fitness classes for adults and children. We offer boxing fitness classes for all levels that are rigorous workouts. We also train fighters to compete on both professional and amateur levels. We are also certified to teach Rock Steady Boxing for people suffering from Parkinson's disease.
