Run from this place.. bad management, poor sound insolation ( yes you can hear your neighbor having sex). In case of issue, everything take an eternity

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will immediately regret it! About two years ago it was an okay place to live but under the new and permanent management it is awful. You do hear noise from other apartments...
