The Kinney Bungalow is an historic home dating back to 1899 and situated on the Sunset Farm property. The home can be rented for weddings, birthday parties, dances, concerts, classes, lectures and other events. It has a seating capacity of 150 people and has ample space for a dance floor and DJ or musicians. Buffet-style and plated dinner services are available.
