ZEST bar+grille is a devotion to the best in New American cuisine, with the definition of ZEST, "great enthusiasm and energy", at the core of ZEST's philosophy. ZEST is the second creation by Owner John Trapani, a longtime resident of the Lehigh Valley, who opened his first restaurant, Grille 3501 in West End Allentown, in November 2001. ZEST opened January 2, 2019.
