Rat turds in our furniture from their warehouse bc they didn't wrap wrap or cover anything like they were supposed to!

They destroyed our piano and lost the legs to it!

The last piece of identifiable stemware wrapped & packed in stemware box. Hand painted in Italy. Was wedding gift.
