Visiting Nurse Association of Crawford County is a nonprofit, Medicare- certified home health agency located in Meadville, Pa. It has been serving patients since 1907 and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It provides various care services, including nursing, maternal, infant, personal, and wound and ostomy care. It additionally offers intravenous therapy, medical social work, nutrition consultation, care mates program, telemonitoring at home and volunteer, physical, occupational and speech therapy services. The center provides services to individual recovering from accidents, injuries, strokes, heart attacks, surgeries, cancer, bone fracture, head injury, and acute and chronic illnesses. It offers Telehealth Monitoring that includes a daily check up of weight, blood pressure, heart rate and temperature. The center is a division of the Meadville Medical Center.
