Our Story Together at Thirteen Olives our family has combined all of our talents and skills for one goal, to offer our customers superior quality service and the highest grade of olive oil and balsamic vinegars in the world. Eugene Litz, Culinary Institute of America Alumni, and his staff work diligently to inform and educate consumers of the many health benefits and culinary uses of these very versatile ingredients. Specialties
Thirteen Olives works directly with the worlds premiere distributer for the highest quality and genuine EVOOS and vinegars. Our olive oils are sourced from both the Northern & Southern hemisphere to ensure the freshest crush date. Our balsamics are produced in the traditional methods in Modena, Italy by an artisan Balsamic Maker. Our olive oils are independently analyzed meeting and exceeding the strictest international standards to ensure freshness, consistency and chemical content.
