I have never in my life had worst service been at the Sand Bar. People here are miserable and don't want to be working here.

These wings at Thirsty Moose Saloon are Excellent! They are huge and taste like my home made wings!

History

The Split Rock Lodge has been an icon in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania since 1941. The club underneath the back deck of the lodge formerly known as SRO (Standing Room Only) and The Rock Bar, the Thirsty Moose was renovated and re-opened in August of 2014.

The Thirsty Moose Saloon is located in the Lodge at the beautiful Split Rock Resort! We have great food, seasonal drink specials, and live entertainment on the weekend for no cover charge! Our many monitors, big screen tv, and DirecTV sports package make us the perfect place to catch the big game!
