History
The building at 200 Shiloh Street has served many people in many different ways. This building has transformed from a pharmacy, into a butcher shop, then serving as a pizza place for many years. In the late 2000's the former owners of Havana brought a liquor license to the location and began serving drinks. At the end of 2012, four young men purchased the business and began turning it into what is now The Summit.
