History
The building dates back to circa 1788 and was originally a tavern and inn serving as a stop between Philadelphia and Harrisburg. Having once housed a grocery store and the borough post office, it became an ice cream parlor in 1985 and today provides premium homemade ice cream and waffle cones, as well as a deli, candy kitchen and country store.
