Founded in 1918, The Association of Theological Schools is a membership organization, consisting of over 250 graduate schools from the United States and Canada. Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., it conducts post-baccalaureate professional and academic degree programs to educate persons for the practice of ministry and for teaching/research in the theological disciplines. The core areas of expertise of the organization are leadership and education and communications/data. The Association of Theological Schools has various member schools, including the Alliance Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Oblate School of Theology.
