My parents have been in the meat business all of their lives. I have continued that tradition along with my husband , two children and son-in-law. It has grown from a small retail , wholesale operation to having two locations and also a wholesale beef jerky manufacturing facility where we produce approx. 5000lb of Jerky weekly .
