History
I have baked challah for years, but just for family and friends. At the end of 2015 I suffered a totally unexpected stroke. Luckily, there were no major lasting effects. But, as I was doing physical therapy, I decided that kneading dough would be great for my hands. So I started making challah weekly for family and friends. Then I started experimenting with new bread recipes until I finally got the bread exactly as I wanted it. Next, I started to try different sweet and Savory variations. That is how Sweet and Savory Heavenly Challah was born. Eventually I registered my business with the PA Dept. Of Agriculture in order to make it offocial.
