One or both elevators are constantly broke down. What are they going to do if an ambulance needs to take someone out on a stretcher?? You can only put a Band-Aid on something for so long !!!!

Elevators never work. They're constantly turning off the water for 'maintenance'. Don't park in reserved or you'll get towed. There are absolutely no spaces to park. People park their broken down...
