HistoryCarson's is a small in-home bakery ran by a previous special education teacher & stay-at-home-mom. I started Carson's by getting my inspiration from being a stay-at-home-mom and making cookies for my son's preschool parties. I expanded from decorating cookies to making cakes for my son's birthdays, and took cake decorating classes at AC Moore. I got my 4 certifications to decorate cakes in anything from buttercream to fondant. I started by decorating cakes for my son's soccer and T-ball teams, to PTA events, to Boy Scouts. I even won an award for having the most colorful cake at the Boy Scouts. I then spread my inspiration to friends and family, including a 80th and 50th Birthday for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law. Now, I would like to spread my inspiration to your occasion!
