Opening my own business has been a long-life dream after being in the food business for 20 years. I started as a server, moved to kitchen management, and eventually ended up in corporate management. Sittay's will serve traditional Syrian food, including pita wraps, salads and main dishes consisting of lamb kebabs, shrimp plates and more. The menu also features several vegetarian and gluten-free options. Everything is fresh, including the hummus that takes three days to prepare. The style being used is exactly the same style my grandma and my mom used to cook. My siblings loves my food. I have one brother-in-law who always says,
