Sheba's Soul Plate is Philly's newest family owned Caribbean soul food cart. A spin off of Garden of Sheba, a restaurant we owned 15 years ago in VA Sheba's Soul Plate offers both vegetarian and vegan options. We specialize in take out and catering orders. We are currently accepting bookings for all events, corporate, academic and personal in the Philadelphia area.
