The Schenley Heights Community Development Program, also known as SHCDP, includes alternative for criminal and socially destructive activities. The program has been in operation since 1995 and administers the Nadia Track Club. It serves ages children between the ages of 3 and 18 and their family members in Pittsburg. The Schenley Heights Community Development Program promotes activities that encourage behavioral and physical wellness. In addition, the program organizes various fundraising events. It operates preschool, after-school tutorial and summer enrichment programs. The Schenley Heights Community Development Program has an affiliation with the United Way. The program serves more than 350 participants.
