History

We started in the Food Truck in 2013. We now have a restaurant in Columbia PA!

Specialties

We offer authentic wood smoked BBQ! Hickory Smoked Brisket, Ribs and Pulled Pork. Burnt Ends are the most popular-as well as The Sparky. House made sides include Mac&Cheese, Smoked Beans, Collards~n~Kale (seasonal), Corn Cakes and Slaw.

Great food, great service. We got our food quick and everything we ordered was great. The staff check with us multiples times to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend

Best BBQ in the area. The ribs, pulled pork and mac-and-cheese are a must try. Frequent specials but gotta be early because they sell out quick.

Best bbq in central pa without question. The ribs are some of the best I've ever had regardless of region. Mac and cheese is also the bomb.
