Found this Nice little coffee spot just a few steps away from the Airbnb I was staying in. Owned by 2 Friends and Philly natives, they roast their own beans and craft some great coffee....

Fantastic corner coffee shop with delicious beans which forced my hand to buy a bag! Great iced coffee and ample space to get some work done or catch up with a friend.
