For over 70 years, Pounds Turkey Farm has been raising and providing turkeys for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Smoking a 9 pound stuffed turkey breast in a electric smoker was not what we expected :-( Put chips in every 2 hours & it still didn't have any flavor. Guess it needs injection of flavor. Wasted...
