Pressure pad bleeding and bruising from where they strapped his potentially broken leg down too tight

Completely cut up/shaved off pressure pad

WAY too much hair shaved off of a German Shepherd for a Doppler/ultra sound in the midst of summer! He now has skin damage on this arm.
