HistoryIn 1913, the members of the East Falls community received funding from Andrew Carnegie to build the Falls of Schuylkill Branch of the Free Library of Philadelphia. Over the last (nearly) one hundred years, the branch has grown to be the heart of the East Falls community, offering fun, entertaining, social and even educational programs and services to anyone who walks in the door.
