Pennsbury Woods Apartments is a complex located on New Falls Road across the street from St. Joseph Church. It offers one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with large closets, balconies, up-to-date kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting and cable hook-ups in each apartment. Heat and hot water are included in the rent and there are laundry facilities on site. Each apartment has a refrigerator, garbage disposal, electric range and a dishwasher and starts at $770 for a one bedroom and $940 for a two bedroom apartment. There is also a discount for senior citizens.
