Consistent and delicious! Broiled fish is a favorite as well as the grilled cheese and the nachos. Service is also good whether you are seated at a table or at the bar.

First time at the Penguin Hotel. Food was very good, bartender was pleasant. Small bar, outdated, didn't have music. Quiet atmosphere. I would go again.
