History
Patriot Federal Credit Union has been helping members achieve financial success in our community since 1965. A group of 15 Letterkenny Army Depot employees resolved to form a credit union to provide financial products and services to their fellow workers. Through the dedication and foresight of these individuals, our credit was chartered and opened for business on January 4, 1965. In the early years, the credit union operated from a small cubicle, 2 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Over the past years, Patriot has grown to 8 branches and 19 ATMs in Franklin County,Fulton County, Borough of Shippensburg, PA and Washington County, MD.
