HistoryIn 1985 a friend needed help with her taxes and wanted to know about record keeping for a business she wanted to start. So over coffee and homemade sticky buns, I did her income taxes and helped her set up an accounting system. From this humble start American Eagle Business Services was launched. By 2000 I had over 160 income tax returns and 8 businesses that received monthly or quarterly accounting services. Little did I know the impact of the 9/11 disaster as a number of folks got laid off and several businesses began to fail. By 2004 I made the decision to move to Florida. I did taxes on a part-time basis until 2015 when I decided to move the business to Spring Hill, FL where I had a dedicated office space at my home. After dealing with Covid for two years, I relocated to Clarion, PA where I have an office in my home, and a dedicated office downtown at 408 Main Street in Clarion.
