Happy to Serve and Educate Your Munchkins Here Over the Rainbow! Over The Rainbow is a locally owned and operated child care center that has been in business for 24+ years. Our desire is to help children grow and provide not only a fun and engaging environment, but one where children can learn and be prepared to go to school. Over The Rainbow is a Keystone Stars Pre-School and Child Care Facility. We are also a bus stop for Charleroi School District providing easy access for before and after school care.
