Operational for more than 40 years, the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is a public agency that provides a range of environmental protection and economic development programs. It offers services to the residents and businesses of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania, as well as Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer counties in New Jersey. The agency provides transportation improvement, congestion management, and systems, corridor and air quality planning programs. It offers information related to climate change, land use, housing, water conservation and human resources.
