Founded in 1943, the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors is a nonprofit scientific organization that offers educational, cultural and social resources. Its members include students, educators, casual collectors and professionals in the retail and manufacturing sectors. The organization participates in regional and national conventions, trade marts, workshops and educational seminars in Pennsylvania. The National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors maintains a museum, horology school, and library and research center. The organization also provides information on clocks, watches and other timepieces. In addition, it offers clock repairing courses and conducts chronograph programs. With more than 20,000 members in over 55 countries, the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors is located in Columbia, Pa.
