Over the last several years, the Islamic Society of Chester County has been increasing in membership. Expansion plans are underway to accommodate the demand for prayer space and parking. The Islamic Society of Chester County located in West Chester is a nonprofit religious organization. Separate from other internal United States or external United States organizations, its goal is to help the Muslim community of West Chester lead an Islamic way of life. To become a member there are annual fees (Family $100; Individual $50; and Student $25). Of utmost importance to the Islamic Society is the promotion of goodwill between Muslims and non-Muslims.
