History
Millbrook Marsh Nature Center was officially created thanks to a 35 year lease between Penn State University and Centre Region Parks and Recreation for $1/year. In 2007, the lease was extended through 2042. The park is made up of a 12-acre farmstead plus a 50-acre wetland that has a Conservation Easement between Penn State and Clearwater Conservancy.
