Founded in 1903, Midatlantic Employers' Association (MEA) is an organization that assists employers with various services. Based in King of Prussia, Pa., the organization helps employers in the areas of human resources management and operational effectiveness. It also publishes informational publications, such as Federal and State Employers Guides to Laws and Regulations, Family Medical Leave Act Compliance Guide, and federal and state employment law posters. In addition, Midatlantic Employers' Association assists in managing employee performance, hiring and managing benefits program.
