Beth is a certified Holistic Health Counselor with a Master of Science degree in nutrition. She maintains her status as a registered dietitian and certified group fitness instructor. She decided to become a health counselor to fulfill her passion of helping people identify and realize their individual nutrition and wellness goals for lifelong health and well-being. Beth received her training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She offers both individual and group counseling to those ready to live. their personal BEST!
