Bleach starting so far away from the root it doesn't look like I've had my hair done in a few months

Bleach chunk an inch way below the root. Not blended at all!!

Another bleach chunk. Not blended at all and way far away from the root. I can't ever wear my hair styles how I like!

I've never seen balayage that starts with a huge bleach chunk, then a dark chunk, then inconsistent blonde to dark to blonde going down
