Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board Programs is comprised of two agencies, the Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program and Lycoming Children and Youth Services. It provides a variety of services to individuals with mental illness and mental retardation from Lycoming and Clinton counties in Pennsylvania.
