The studio opened October 21, 2017 and was a one-woman show; we've since grown our team and expanded our class schedule to accommodate more yogis!

Specialties

Luna & Soul is non heated yoga studio located within VGB Boutique. We offer a variety of classes: power yoga, piyo, yoga foundations, gentle yoga, mommy & me classes, and kids yoga! We have small, intimate class sizes & a welcoming community. We would love to have you join us!

The Pilates Body

The Pilates Body offers private and group Pilates sessions in an a positive supportive environment for individuals of all skill levels. Tower, reformer, barrel, chair and mat programs are offered. A variety of membership plans are offered to accommodate different lifestyles and budgets. Lakeview Yoga also operates out of the facility.
