We actually started in 2015 as a wholesale vegan cookie bakery. At some point we decided that we wanted to expand our efforts to being a full serve restaurant. We still bake our cookies on premises everyday. LAL has been open since July 2017 and we are always looking for ways to grow and improve. We are working on launching our line of house made deli
