HistoryMontgomery Theater has been operating in the old Firehouse on Main Street in Souderton since its founding. In 1999 the Theater partnered with the Borough of Souderton to renovate the entire building. Through this upgrade, Montgomery Theater gained a second stage (now the Main Stage), rehearsal space and staff offices. The original stage is now used for education programs and readings.SpecialtiesMontgomery Theater is a non-profit professional theater dedicated to bringing new life to old tales while giving age and wisdom to new ones. We offer a year-round season of plays that include comedies, dramas, classics and regional premieres. We also offer year-round theater education programs that include classes and family-friendly productions acted by children and adults.
