Craig and Mike have focused primarily on providing their customers with a fresh and superior product. On one side of the menu they offer a thin-crust New York style pizza, combined with top quality tomato products and a sharp farmers cheese. On the other side of the menu they concentrate on offering a large variety of customizable salads and sandwiches, all made to order with a unique variety of freshly prepared toppings and homemade dressings. By limiting the menu they are able to put added effort into the endless goal of perfection.
