As a part of Mack Trucks, Remanufacturing Center offers remanufacturing services for six-cylinder diesel engines, engine components, carrier assemblies and transmission parts. It disassembles, cleans and inspects various engine components. The center s environmental management system has an ISO 14001 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. It has also received the Waste Watcher Award in the green procurement category from the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Waste Industries Association and Keystone Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America. Additionally, Remanufacturing Center organized Spring Environmental Project, which involves community members and company s volunteers in planting more than 1,500 seedlings.
